Gonzo was a stunning black and red male. He was Shelly's daughter Nichole's dog. She took him everywhere with her. People always remember him as "the dog that rode in the front seat of a Mustang Convertible." Gonzo had an excellent temperament and loved his family dearly. He adored peanut butter sandwiches and his favorite pink knobbed ball, as well as a Hunchback of Notre Dame doll that he carried everywhere with him.
